Maxkompetens has been operational since January 2003. We currently have offices in Stockholm, Göteborg, Växjö and Halmstad.
 
Maxkompetens focuses on temporary staffing with students from univer-sities and colleges, as well as temporary staffing using academics with up to 5-6 years’ work experience.
 
We offer companies flexible staffing and the opportunity to try out people’s skills ahead of future permanent placements. Our temps can work anything from just a few hours a week to full time. Whatever the client prefers!
 
Our organisation is currently structured to make sure that we maintain close contact with universities and colleges. We make use of these and various networks to make connections with the best employees of the future. Within Maxkompetens we employ HR specialists who guarantee the quality of individuals with whom we choose to collaborate. We are meticulous in finding motivated, target-oriented, knowledgeable people.
