Maxkompetens has created a flexible working model to find the right expertise for you as a client both quickly and efficiently. Our work is built on the following foundations:
We have offices established at universities.
Every day we develop our networks with the university’s institutions,
student bodies and associations.
At present we have a CV database containing more than 30,000
registered students and academics.
We work exclusively with companies in the towns and cities where we
are established.
We build up an organisation with low costs and can thus offer very

Our assignments can be anything from just a few hours a month to full
time.
Maxkompetens employs the temp. This means that we are responsible for all administration, costs relating to sick leave, pension provisions, insurance, etc. All to make it as simple as possible for you!
